  It took over 6 wks to see Dr. Tuli forsuspecious places on my face. When I got there, I had to wait for over an hour before going back. After I was placed in a room, I was informed that I would see the nurse practiner, and NOT Dr. Tuli. This was my 1st visit to this office, and I said I would see Dr. Tuli, that was who I made the appointment with. The office worker said, "Ok, you will see Dr. Tuli, but your biopsy will be made by the nurse pract. b/c Dr. Tuli is having a baby & we are trying to get our patients used to the nurse pract. Dr. Tuli looked at my face & instucted the nurse pract. to remove & sew up the places on my face. I was told that if the placed are malignant, Dr. Tuli WILL remove them. Now, did I wait over 6 wks just to see a nurse practiner? I guess so. I have NEVER seen a nurse pract. on my 1st visit. I have to go back to get the stictes removed. Will I EVER go back after that? NO WAY! The staff was very nice...in fact, overly nice to the point of sickening sweet. I get the feeling their jobs are probably threatened if they are not sugar sweet & smiling like they are on anti-depressants. This is very sad. I go to the Mid South Cancer Center and the workers there are genuine..It is VERY sad someone has to have a smile plastered on their face for fear of losing their job. The nurse's assistant that knumbed my face was very geniune. Something terrible had happened to her b/c other workers kept coming in to see if she was ok. I thank GOD I do not have to work in a Dr.'s office. It is terrible when you can observe people in fear of their jobs. Hey listen, if I wanted to be seen by a nurse practiner, I would have made the appoint with one. And another thing, if this is cancer on my face, the surgeon will be a plastic surgeon cutting my face, not a dermatologist!
